Wedding and Reception Packages

Let the Magnolia House save you the stress and worry of a small wedding.  We provide a historic and
peaceful atmosphere for your special day.  Imagine a beautiful bride descending our staircase to meet her
groom.  With our ultimate package, we take care of all the details starting with your ceremony, your
reception and a suite for your use on your wedding day, along with accommodations for the night of your
wedding.  You get to select where your ceremony will be performed, whether in our formal living room or
outside in the gazebo area, on the patio, under our mature maple trees, or perhaps on the front lawn with the
stately Georgian columns in the background.

Our Ultimate Package includes use of the house and gardens for 4 hours, white garden chairs, officiant,
fresh rose wedding bouquet and boutonniere with your choice of color, floral centerpiece, reception with hot
appetizer meatballs or chicken fingers in chafing dish, vegetable tray, quiche tray, meat/cheese/grape tray,
mixed nuts, sliced French bread, chips, two-tier wedding cake, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and your choice of
either our king room with bath or our two-room queen suite with bath, and breakfast.
We will be happy to play special music provided by you, if desired.  Digital Diamonds Photography offers a
special rate for Magnolia House weddings.  Ask for Carrie at www.ddphome.com.
Four-hour usage begins one hour before ceremony for the arrival of guests.  $75 per hour beyond four hours.

For up to 35 persons:     $1,999 plus tax
For up to 25 persons:    $1,799 plus tax
Additional guests up to 50 are $30 per person

We offer a selection of other entrees for a more complete meal at an additional cost of $5.00 per person.
You may choose two entrees from the following:
Fresh shrimp, BBQ with cornbread, chicken alfredo or roast beef.
You may provide champagne or wine.

Our Intimate Package is available for those who desire a very small, intimate wedding with up
to 10 persons, including the bride and groom.  We provide our home and garden for one hour for your
exclusive use, an officiant, bridal bouquet and boutonniere, reception with wedding cake and tea.   Bride and
groom need to be dressed and arrive 15 minutes before ceremony.  Additional time beyond one hour is $75.  
Special rate accommodations for early arrival to dress and/or spend the night at our B&B is an additional $100.

For up to 10 persons:  $550 plus tax
$20 per person up to a limit of 10 extra persons.
You may provide your own champagne or wine.

Elopement Package for Two
We provide a beautiful setting indoors or out with our officiant and a witness.
Price is $200, plus tax.  Home and garden available for 30 minutes.  Bride and groom must be dressed and
arrive 15 minutes before ceremony.
